How quickly will my item be shipped after I make my purchase?
Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of cleared payment.

How will my item be shipped?
This depends on the product. Within the U.S., most general (non-media) merchandise will be shipped standard parcel via the post office. Books & media will generally be shipped media mail. Oil paintings are shipped priority mail and insurance is included in the shipping cost. Exceptionally heavy, large or expensive items will usually be shipped using FedEx. Items that are shipped outside the U.S. will be shipped First Class International or Global Priority depending on the weight and size.

Do you accept returns?
Should an item need to be returned, it will be accepted provided I am notified within 5 days after you receive your product. Your payment will be refunded less shipping and Google or Paypal service fee after I receive the item back in the same condition in which it was shipped out.

Do you include insurance as part of the shipping and handling fee?
Insurance is only included on specified items, and will be pre-calculated into the cost of shipping. If insurance is automatically included, it will be stated in the item description.

Do you include tracking or delivery confirmation?
Delivery confirmation or tracking is included for all items shipped within the U.S. This amount is already calculated into the shipping and handling fee.

Do you ever ship outside of the U.S.?
My store is set up to ship only to the U.S. and Canada. I have, however, made a few exceptions. If you are outside the U.S., have a Paypal account, and are interested in a particular item, email me to see if it is an item I would ship overseas, and if you are in a county that I will ship to.
